Spicy Whole Baked Fish

Ingredients

1 Whole Fish (Such As Red Snapper, Sea Bass, Or Trout), Cleaned And Scaled

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Paprika

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

 

1 Teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder

1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano

1 Teaspoon Dried Fenugreek 1 Teaspoon Dried Thyme
Fresh Cilantro Or Parsley For Garnish Lemon Wedges For Serving

 

Step: 1

Rinse The Whole Fish Thoroughly And Pat It Dry With Paper Towels. Make Sure To Remove Any Excess Moisture From The Skin And The Cavities.

In A Small Bowl, Mix Together The Olive Oil And Lemon Juice. Combine The Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Dried Oregano, And Dried Thyme. Mix Well To Create A Spice Blend.
