Ingredients

1 Pound (450g) Large Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1 Teaspoon Aleppo Flakes (Adjust To Taste)

1 Tsp Smoked Paprika

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste

Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

 

Chopped Fresh Parsley, For Garnish

 

 

 

Step: 1

Preheat Your Grill To Medium-high Heat.

Step: 2

In A Bowl, Combine The Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Aleppo Flakes, Paprika, Salt, And Black Pepper. Mix Well To Form A Marinade.

Step: 3

Add The Shrimp To The Marinade And Toss To Coat Them Evenly. Let Them Marinate For About 15-20 Minutes, Allowing The Flavors To Penetrate The Shrimp. Thread The Shrimp Onto Skewers, About 4-5 Shrimp Per Skewer. This Will Make Them Easier To Handle On The Grill.
