Sheikh Kebab

Ingredients

500g Ground Lamb Or Beef

1 Large Onion, Finely Chopped

2 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced

1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

1 Teaspoon Paprika

Salt To Taste

Pepper To Taste

1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

Step: 1

In A Large Mixing Bowl, Combine The Ground Lamb Or Beef, Onion, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Salt, And Pepper. Mix Well Until The Ingredients Are Evenly Distributed.

Step: 2

Cover The Mixture And Refrigerate For At Least An Hour To Allow The Flavors To Meld Together.

Step: 3

Preheat Your Grill To Medium-high Heat.

 

Step: 4

Thread The Meat Mixture Onto Skewers, Shaping Each Portion Into An Elongated Sausage Shape.

Step: 5

Grill The Kebabs For 8-10 Minutes On Each Side Or Until They Are Cooked Through And Nicely Browned.

Step: 6

Remove The Kebabs From The Grill And Let Them Rest For A Few Minutes Before Serving.
