Rose Panna Cotta

Ingredients

2 Cups Heavy Cream

1 Cup Whole Milk

1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar

2 Teaspoons Rose Water

1/2 Cup Strawberry Sauce 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Teaspoons Agar-agar Powder Dried Rose Petals

Step: 1

In A Saucepan, Combine The Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, And Sugar. Heat The Mixture Over Medium Heat Until It Starts To Simmer. Stir Occasionally To Dissolve The Sugar.

Step: 2

In A Small Bowl, Combine Agar-agar Powder With Water, Creating A Slurry. Let It Rest For 5 Minutes For Hydration. Once The Cream Mixture Simmers, Add The Agar-agar Slurry To The Saucepan And Stir Until Fully Dissolved.

Step: 3

Add The Rose Water. Continue To Cook The Mixture For Another 2-3 Minutes, Stirring Constantly. This Will Activate The Agar-agar And Ensure It Thickens Properly.

Step: 4

Remove The Saucepan From Heat, Stir In Vanilla Extract, And Adjust Flavorings If Needed. Let Mixture Cool For 10-15 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally To Prevent Skin Formation.

Step: 5

Pour The Panna Cotta Mixture Into Individual Serving Glasses Or Ramekins. Let Them Cool To Room Temperature Before Transferring To The Refrigerator.

Step: 6

Pour The Strawberry Sauce Over The Panna Cotta Mixture.

Step: 7

Chill The Panna Cotta In The Refrigerator For At Least 4 Hours Or Until Set. For Best Results, Refrigerate Overnight.

Step: 8

Once set, Garnish Each Panna Cotta With Dried Rose Petals Or Fresh Mint Leaves.

Step: 9
