Pomegranate Power Balls

Ingredients

1 Cup Pitted Dates

1 Cup Pomegranate Powder

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut

1 Tablespoon Honey Or Maple Syrup (Optional, For Added Sweetness) 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Pinch Of Salt

 

Step: 1

In A Food Processor, Add The Pitted Dates, Pomegranate Powder, Chia Seeds, Shredded Coconut, Honey Or Maple Syrup (If Using), Vanilla Extract, And A Pinch Of Salt.

Step: 2

Pulse The Mixture Until Well Combined And The Ingredients Start To Stick Together. If The Mixture Appears Too Dry, You Can Add A Little More Honey Or Maple Syrup To Help Bind The Ingredients.

Step: 3

Once The Mixture Is Well Blended, Transfer It To A Bowl. Take Small Portions Of The Mixture And Roll It Into Bite-sized Balls Using Your Hands. If The Mixture Is Sticking To Your Hands, You Can Lightly Coat Your Hands With Coconut Oil Or Water.

 

Step: 4

Repeat The Process Until All The Mixture Is Used, And Place The Balls On A Baking Sheet Or Plate.

Step: 5

You Can Roll The Power Balls In Additional Shredded Coconut Or Chia Seeds To Add Texture And Enhance The Presentation.

Step: 6

Refrigerate The Pomegranate Power Balls For At Least 30 Minutes To Help Them Firm Up And Hold Their Shape.

Once Chilled, The Power Balls Are Ready To Be Enjoyed! You Can Store Them In An Airtight Container In The Refrigerator For Up To A Week.
