Monte Cristo Sandwich

Ingredients

8 Slices Of White Bread

8 Slices Of Deli Ham

8 Slices Of Swiss Cheese

4 Large Eggs

1/2 Cup Milk 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Ceylon Cinnamon Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Banana Powder
Butter, For Frying Powdered Sugar, For Dusting

Step: 1

Lay Out 4 Slices Of Bread On A Clean Surface. Place A Slice Of Ham And A Slice Of Swiss Cheese On Each Slice Of Bread. Top With Another Slice Of Bread To Form Sandwiches.

Step: 2

In A Shallow Bowl, Whisk Together The Eggs, Milk, Vanilla Extract, Banana Powder, And Ceylon Cinnamon Powder Until Well Combined.

Step: 3

Heat A Large Skillet Or Griddle Over Medium Heat And Melt A Pat Of Butter To Coat The Surface.

Dip Each Sandwich Into The Egg Mixture, Coating Both Sides Evenly. Allow Any Excess Mixture To Drip Off.
