Matcha Muffins

Ingredients

2 Cups All-purpose Flour

1 Tablespoon Matcha Powder

2 Teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, Softened 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Large Eggs 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 Cup Milk

 

Step: 1 In A Mixing Bowl, Whisk Together The Flour, Matcha Powder, Baking Powder, And Salt. Set Aside.

Step: 2 Once The Butter And Granulated Sugar Have Been Creamed Together Until Light And Fluffy In A Separate Large Bowl, Gradually Add The Eggs One At A Time To The Mixture, Ensuring To Beat Well After Each Addition, And Finally, Stir In The Delightful Essence Of Vanilla Extract.

Gradually Add The Dry Ingredient Mixture To The Wet Ingredients, Alternating With The Milk. Begin And End With The Dry Ingredients, Mixing Until Just Combined. Be Careful Not To Overmix, As It Can Make The Muffins Dense.
