Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients

8 Lamb Chops

4 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced

2 Tablespoons Fresh Rosemary, Chopped

2 Tablespoons Fresh Thyme

Juice Of 1 Lemon

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

 

Step: 1

Preheat Your Grill To Medium-high Heat.

Step: 2

In A Small Bowl, Combine The Minced Garlic, Rosemary, Thyme, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, And Black Pepper. Mix Well To Create A Marinade.

Step: 3

Place The Lamb Chops In A Shallow Dish And Pour The Marinade Over Them. Make Sure Each Chop Is Coated With The Marinade. Let Them Marinate For At Least 30 Minutes To Allow The Flavors To Infuse.

Remove The Lamb Chops From The Marinade And Let Any Excess Drip Off. Reserve The Marinade For Basting.
