Grilled Fish With Tangy Orange Sauce

Ingredients

4 Fish Fillets (Such As Salmon, Trout, Or Halibut)

2 Tablespoons Honey

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Cup Fresh Orange Juice

1/2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika

Salt To Taste

1 Teaspoon Grated Fresh Ginger 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

Black Pepper To Taste

1/2 Tablespoons Turmeric Powder

 

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

 

Step: 1

Preheat Your Grill To Medium-high Heat.

 

Step: 2

Season The Fish Fillets With Paprika, Turmeric Powder, Salt And Pepper On Both Sides. Drizzle Olive Oil Over The Fish To Prevent Sticking.

Step: 3

In A Small Saucepan, Combine The Orange Juice, Honey, Soy Sauce, Minced Garlic, And Grated Ginger. Bring The Mixture To A Simmer Over Medium Heat.
