Ingredients

2 Large Potatoes

1/2 Cup All-purpose Flour

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder (Adjust According To Your Taste)

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika Salt To Taste
Vegetable Oil For Frying

 

Step: 1

Peel The Potatoes And Cut Them Into Chunks. Place Them In A Large Pot Of Salted Water And Boil Until Tender.

Step: 2

Drain The Potatoes And Transfer Them To A Mixing Bowl. Mash Them Until Smooth And Free Of Lumps.

Step: 3

Add The Flour, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Red Chili Powder, Salt, And Black Pepper To The Mashed Potatoes. Mix Well Until All The Ingredients Are Combined.

Take A Handful Of The Potato Mixture And Shape It Into A Finger-like Shape, About 2 Inches Long And 1/2 Inch Wide. Repeat With The Remaining Mixture.

Heat Vegetable Oil In A Deep Pan Or Skillet Over Medium Heat. Make Sure There Is Enough Oil To Submerge The Potato Fingers.
