Creamy Chicken Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1 Onion, Finely Chopped

3 Cloves Of Garlic, Minced

1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger

1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

Salt To Taste

1 Teaspoon Ground Corriander

1 Teaspoon Garam Masala

 

1/2 Teaspoon Chili Powder (Adjust According To Your Spice Preference)

Fresh Cilantro, Chopped (For Garnish)

1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Pound (450 Grams) Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces
8 Ounces (225 Grams) Mushrooms, Sliced 1 Cup (240 Ml) Coconut Milk
1 Cup (240 Ml) Chicken Broth 2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
Black Peppercorns To Taste

 

Step: 1

Heat The Vegetable Oil In A Large Skillet Or A Pot Over Medium Heat. Add The Chopped Onion And Cook Until It Becomes Translucent, About 5 Minutes. Stir Occasionally To Prevent Burning.

Add The Minced Garlic And Grated Ginger To The Skillet And Sauté For Another Minute Until Fragrant.
