Ingredients

500 Grams Boneless Chicken, Cut Into Bite-sized Pieces

1 Cup Thick Yogurt

1/2 Cup Fresh Cream

1 Tablespoon Ginger-garlic Paste

1 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Garam Masala 1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin 1/2 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

2 Tablespoons Oil Or Ghee (Clarified Butter)

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 Medium-sized Onion, Finely Chopped

Salt To Taste Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Chopped (For Garnish)

 

Step: 1

In A Bowl, Mix Together Yogurt, Fresh Cream, Ginger-garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, Ground Coriander, Ground Cumin, Cardamom Powder, Black Pepper Powder, And Salt To Taste. This Will Be The Marinade For The Chicken.

Step: 2

Add The Chicken Pieces To The Marinade And Mix Well, Ensuring That All The Chicken Pieces Are Coated. Let It Marinate For At Least 1 Hour In The Refrigerator. You Can Marinate It Overnight For Better Flavor.

Step: 3

Heat Oil Or Ghee In A Large Pan Over Medium Heat. Add The Finely Chopped Onions And Sauté Until They Turn Golden Brown.

Add The Marinated Chicken Along With The Marinade To The Pan. Cook On Medium Heat Until The Chicken Is Cooked Through And Tender. Stir Occasionally To Prevent Sticking.

Add Yogurt And Fresh Cream, And Stir Well To Mix Well. Simmer For Another 5 Minutes.
