2 Flat Iron Steaks (About 8 Ounces Each)

2 Tablespoons Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Allspice Powder

2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cacao Powder

1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

 

1/2 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Optional, For Extra Heat)

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

 

Step:1

In A Small Bowl, Combine The Chili Powder, Cocoa Powder, Matcha Powder, Brown Sugar, Cumin, Salt, Black Pepper, Smoked Paprika, And Cayenne Pepper (If Using). Mix Well To Create The Chili Mocha Spice Rub.

Step: 2
