Chicken Shashlik

Ingredients

500g Boneless Chicken, Cut Into Cubes

1 Red Bell Pepper, Cut Into Cubes

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Paprika

Salt, To Taste

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

1 Green Bell Pepper, Cut Into Cubes

 

1 Onion, Cut Into Cubes

Vegetable Oil

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce (Use Tamari if on a Gluten Free Diet) 2 Tablespoons Tomato Ketchup

 

Step: 1

In A Bowl, Mix Together The Soy Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, Black Pepper, And Salt.

Step: 2

Add The Chicken Cubes To The Bowl And Mix Until They Are Well Coated. Cover The Bowl And Marinate The Chicken In The Fridge For At Least 30 Minutes.

Step: 3

Preheat Your Grill Or Barbecue To Medium-high Heat.

 

Step: 4

Thread The Chicken, Bell Peppers, And Onion Onto Skewers, Alternating Between Each Ingredient.

Step: 5

Brush The Skewers With Vegetable Oil And Place Them On The Grill Or Barbecue.

Step: 6

Grill The Skewers For 8-10 Minutes, Turning Them Occasionally, Until The Chicken Is Fully Cooked And The Vegetables Are Charred In Places.

Serve Hot With Your Favorite Dipping Sauce And A Side Of Rice Or Salad.
