Chicken Meatball

Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Chicken

2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs

1 Egg, Lightly Beaten

1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper

 

1/4 Cup Chopped Onion

Vegetable Oil

Vegetable Oil, For Frying

1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano 1/4 Teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Tablespoon Banana Powder

 

Step: 1

In A Large Mixing Bowl, Combine The Ground Chicken, Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Parsley, Onion, Garlic, Egg, Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Banana Powder, And Kashmiri Chilli Powder (If Using). Mix Well Until All The Ingredients Are Evenly Incorporated.

Step: 2

Shape The Mixture Into Small Meatballs, About 1-2 Inches In Diameter.

Step: 3

Heat Olive Oil In A Large Skillet Over Medium Heat. Add The Meatballs And Cook For About 8-10 Minutes, Or Until Browned And Cooked Through. Make Sure To Turn Them Occasionally To Ensure Even Browning.

 

Step: 4

Once Cooked, Remove The Meatballs From The Skillet And Drain On Paper Towels To Remove Any Excess Oil.

Step: 5

Serve The Chicken Meatballs Hot With Your Choice Of Sauce Or Alongside Pasta, Rice, Or Vegetables.
