Chicken Cheese Fingers

Ingredients

500g Boneless Chicken Breast, Cut Into Thin Strips

1 Cup All-purpose Flour

2 Tsp Paprika

1 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
2 Eggs, Beaten 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Vegetable Oil, For Frying

 

Step: 1

In A Bowl, Mix Together The Flour, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt, And Black Pepper.

Step: 2

In A Separate Bowl, Beat The Eggs.

Step: 3

In A Third Bowl, Mix Together The Bread Crumbs And Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

 

Step: 4

Take Each Chicken Strip And Coat It In The Flour Mixture, Then Dip It In The Beaten Eggs, And Finally Coat It In The Bread Crumb Mixture. Repeat Until All The Chicken Strips Are Coated.

Step: 5

Heat Enough Vegetable Oil In A Frying Pan To Fully Submerge The Chicken Fingers.

Step: 6

Once The Oil Is Hot, Add The Chicken Fingers To The Pan In Batches. Fry For 2-3 Minutes On Each Side Or Until Golden Brown.

Step: 7

Serve Hot With Your Favorite Dipping Sauce.
