Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Beetroot Powder

1 Can (15 Ounces) Chickpeas, Drained And Rinsed

3 Tablespoons Sesame Seed Paste

3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 2 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Black Pepper To Taste
Water (As Needed For Desired Consistency) Toasted Sesame Seeds

Chopped Fresh Herbs

Salt To Taste

 

Step: 1

In A Food Processor Or Blender, Combine The Beetroot Powder, Drained Chickpeas, Sesame Seed Paste, Lemon Juice, Minced Garlic, Olive Oil, Ground Cumin, Salt, And Pepper.

Step: 2

Process The Mixture Until Smooth. If The Mixture Is Too Thick, Add Water And More Olive Oil, A Tablespoon At A Time, Until You Achieve Your Desired Consistency.

Taste The Hummus And Adjust The Seasonings According To Your Preference. Add More Lemon Juice, Salt, Or Garlic If Desired.
