Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets

2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Cup Hibiscus Flowers, Dried

1 Cup Boiling Water

1 Small Red Onion, Finely Chopped Juice Of 2 Limes
2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped Salt To Taste

Step: 1

Season The Salmon Fillets With Salt And Pepper On Both Sides.

Heat Olive Oil In A Large Oven-safe Skillet Over Medium-high Heat. Once The Oil Is Hot, Add The Salmon Fillets, Skin-side Down. Sear For About 2-3 Minutes Until The Skin Is Crispy.
