Spicy Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken

 

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

 

1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (Adjust To Taste For Desired Level Of Spiciness)

 

4 Bread

Pepper To Taste Vegetable Oil, For Frying

1 Teaspoon Paprika

Salt To Taste

 

Sliced Tomatoes

 

Spicy Mayonnaise (See Recipe Below)

1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce

 

Step: 1

Cut The Chicken Into Bite-sized Pieces And Clean Them Well And Pound Them To An Even Thickness Of About 1/2 Inch.

Step: 2

In A Bowl, Combine The Chicken, Salt, And Pepper. Ensuring They Are Fully Mixture. Cover The Bowl And Refrigerate For At Least 1 Hour, Or Overnight For Best Results.

In A Large Skillet Or Deep Fryer, Heat Vegetable Oil To A Temperature Of 350°f (175°c).

Carefully Place The Chicken Into The Hot Oil And Fry For About 5-6 Minutes, Or Until They Are Golden Brown And Cooked Through.

Add Paprika, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, And Pepper. Cook For A Few More Minutes.

Add Hot Sauce. Stir Until Well Combined. When Cooking Is Complete, Remove The Chicken From Heat.

Assemble The Sandwiches By Placing Mayonnaise Then Placing A Fried Chicken On The Bread. Top With Lettuce, Tomato Slices, And Pickles. Place The Bread On The Sandwich.

Toast The Bread If Desired. Spread A Generous Amount Of Spicy Mayonnaise On Both Sides Of The Buns.
